About the portal

Rose Capital Group runs this portal for its investors, by invitation only. Using it means you accept these terms and the privacy policy. Privacy policy

Documents by email and in the portal

• You agree to receive documents about your investment electronically, in the portal and by email: K-1s and other tax forms, capital call notices, distribution notices, reports and updates.
• Your consent lasts until you withdraw it. You can withdraw it at any time, or ask for a paper copy of any document at no charge, by writing to us. Withdrawing doesn't apply to documents already sent. admin@the-rosegroup.com
• What you need: a current web browser, software that opens PDF files, and a working email address. If these requirements change in a way that could stop you opening documents, we'll tell you first.
• Tell us if your email address changes.

The information in the portal

• The portal shows your investments for your convenience. The investment documents (partnership or operating agreement, subscription agreement) and official statements prevail over anything shown here.
• Values, returns and projections are estimates and are not guaranteed. Past performance doesn't indicate future results.
• Open offerings are shown only to investors eligible for them and are not a public offer or investment advice. An investment is made only under its offering documents.

Your account

• Keep your password and second step to yourself. Anyone who needs access (a spouse, an accountant) gets their own invitation through us.
• If you lose your phone or think someone else got into your account, write to us straight away. admin@the-rosegroup.com
• Don't try to reach other people's data, collect data with automated tools, or interfere with the portal. We may suspend an account when we suspect misuse.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the portal available but can't promise it always will be, and there is occasional maintenance. If we change these terms in a material way, we'll tell you by email or in the portal before the change takes effect.
